OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, as indicated in the title, refers to a capsule, generally in the form of a bell or the like, whose purpose is the application of pesticides and phytosanitary products, chemical, organic and for the biological control of pests to a given plant or group of plants in particular, without such application affecting the person who is doing the work, or other plants, the earth or other living beings. It is applicable to almost any type of plant or crop whether vertical, horizontal, interior, exterior, urban, trees, decorative plants, etc ...
The object of this invention is to provide a solution hitherto unknown for several inconveniences that will be discussed later, mainly, it is intended to achieve a final result that allows focusing the actions carried out exclusively in the necessary area without the procedure adversely affecting everything what is outside of that zone.
The device in question provides essential novelty characteristics and notable advantages over the known and used means for the same purposes in the current state of the art.
Currently, if we have a small garden or urban garden or other kind of flora that has some type of pest, it is possible that not all plants are affected, so it would be ideal to apply the solution that corresponds only to that plant or group of concrete plants. The non-existence until now of a means to do this presents great inconveniences starting with the fact that the use of chemical pesticides and phytosanitary products are harmful to health, which makes it necessary to take protective measures such as gloves, masks, appropriate clothing and glasses that avoid the contact of the product that is applied with the skin, eyes or respiratory system.
The problem does not end here but also that the products that are applied can be harmful to the person who is doing the work, they are also harmful to other living beings, such as pets that are at home.
In addition to the aforementioned, we must take into account that the effectiveness of the application rises, as well! such as labor productivity and product cost savings by focusing solutions only to the required area, avoiding product waste, application of chemical substances to healthy plants, unnecessary fouling, etc.

Another aspect that is no less important is the contamination of the earth with chemical products and almost any other object such as clothing, dishes, food, etc. that are near and to which by means of the transport of the particles by the air they can arrive.
In the state of the art, as far as we know, so far there is no means that can solve this problem.
The capsule proposed by this invention solves these problems, its use is applicable to small urban gardens both vertically or horizontally, ornamental plants, or any other type of flora that needs to apply the aforementioned, using the application only in that plant that we want to sanitize , avoiding any possible escape of the product outside the required area, thus protecting both the environment and possible living beings that could be close to the area of application, avoiding unnecessary health risks. Likewise, with the invention, the risk of contamination of land and water is avoided as much as possible, since the capsule collects the surplus of the product before being removed.
Thus, we can see that the device proposed by the invention solves in a completely satisfactory way the problems described above, providing a series of advantageous and novel features, and without this reducing any of its benefits in other aspects.
The proposed invention aims to provide an economic, ecological, practical, simple and easy to use solution, whose effect would be a more adequate and comfortable control of the area of application of products in plants.
The present invention has its field of application in the sector of devices for plants.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the state of the art we find some documents related to the invention in question, although none of them provide the same advantageous characteristics nor effectively solve existing problems.
Thus, in document ES 1 024 991 we find an improved modular hermetic greenhouse characterized by being a structure formed by a set of modular elements, which fit one over the other, varying the height of its structure depending on the number of stacked elements, this structure being covering the plant inside and being covered by a cover or bag of translucent plastic material, for the protection of the plant.

On the other hand, in document ES 1 054 588 a stem guard for seedlings is provided, characterized in that it is formed by a protective cover itself which is formed by: an orifice that is of a surface less than that of the pot or well, a configuration adaptable to the pot or well, and capable of receiving and / or containing chemical or phytosanitary treatments.

The operation is simple. Once the plant to be treated has been identified, the base is fixed around the stem or trunk, the ends of the piece or main body are joined, acquiring a cylindrical configuration on the base and closing with the lid. The applicator gun or other analogous means is activated so that by action of the pump the product, normally liquid, is extracted from a container to the sprinklers distributed through the ducts, and thus spray the plant into a limited means so as not to affect or to other living beings or other things that are nearby.
